Ernst & Young and PRACSIS awarded framework contract on consumer product safety

This fall, PRACSIS and Ernst & Young learned the exciting news that they had won their bid for a new framework contract on consumer product safety, managed by CHAFEA, the Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency of the European Commission.The main services of the contract are to coordinate activities—events, product testing, and communication campaigns—between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of EU consumer product safety regulations.PRACSIS and Ernst & Young are responsible for the provision of technical expertise and advice on product safety, market surveillance, and communication and dissemination of the project’s outcomes.
